1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AEO Growth Kit website and platform (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to access and use the AEO Growth Kit website and platform for your own business purposes, in line with the plan you have subscribed to. Paying subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and its outputs for their own business while their subscription is active. This is a licence to use the Service, not a transfer of ownership, and under it you may not:
- Modifying or copying the materials;
- Using the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer any software contained on the Service;
- Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server;
- Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
- Transmitting the materials over a network or broadcasting them in any media;

AEO Growth Kit may terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds
Full access to AEO Growth Kit is offered on a subscription basis. A free 5-page audit and an introductory call are available at no cost; you only pay if you choose to take out a paid plan. A separate done-for-you service is available on request and is quoted individually.
Billing and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Refunds
